MYNICxMalaysia Contest Term and Conditions

Announcements 4 September 2020

General submission

Organizer and Eligibility The organizer MYNIC Berhad [Company No. 735031-H], (“Organizer”), is organizing a photo contest, with a theme entitled ”MYNICxMalaysiaDay Photo Contest” (“Theme”).

This Contest is open to all Malaysians except for the employees of the Organizer, its group of companies and its affiliated companies who are directly or indirectly involved in organizing this Contest.

Duration Contest period starts from 4th September 2020 (12.01am) to 21st September 2020 (11.59pm).

An official announcement of the winner shall be made at MYNIC’s Facebook and Instagram page on 30th September 2020.

Submission of Entries and Qualifying Criteria

  1. No entry fee is required to participate in this Contest.
  2. Multiple entries are permitted however, each Contestant may only be entitled to win ONE [1] prize only.
  3. Non-compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein may lead to disqualification of the Contestant’s entry into the Contest.
  4. The captured photo must show a combination of multiracial faces (minimum 3 faces).
  5. A total of six [6] winners will be selected by a panel of Judges based on the highest number of likes on the photograph. Three [3] winners from Facebook and Three [3] winners from Instagram shall be selected.
  6. The selection of winners from this Contest is solely under the discretion of MYNIC.
  7. The panel of Judges decisions are final, and no further appeal by any parties will be entertained.
  8. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions herein, MYNIC’s Privacy Policy and the decisions of the Organizer.
  9. MYNIC reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Contest at any point of time without prior notice.

Prizes Prizes are not exchangeable with cash. The first 200 entries will receive a RM10 cash voucher for Tealive. The top 3 Winner’s from each social media platform (Facebook & Instagram) will receive a voucher worth RM250.
