Terms & Conditions - OKU Benefits
- This benefit provides OKU registrants with a rebate on .my (individual) domain name registrations and renewals, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
- Eligible registrants must be individuals aged 18 years and above, holding a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card and an OKU Identification Card issued by Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM).
- The rebate applies only to .my domain name registrations or renewals processed through MYNIC Accredited Registrars listed here.
- The rebate applies only to new registrations and renewals processed from 22 January 2026 onwards.
- Each eligible registrant may claim rebates for up to 5 (five) .my domain names only.

The rebate shall be 50% of the price paid to the registrar, subject to the following conditions:
i. If the retail price is RM60 or above, the rebate is capped at RM60 per domain name per year.
ii. If the retail price is less than RM60, no rebate applies.
iii. The rebate is calculated based on the registrar’s retail price excluding the service tax (ST).
iv. No rebate shall be provided for discounted domain names.
v. No rebate shall be provided for premium domain names. - The rebate is claim-based only and is not applied automatically at the point of domain name registration or renewal.
- Registrants must submit a rebate claim to MYNIC together with all required supporting documents, as determined by MYNIC from time to time.
- All rebate claims must be submitted within one (1) year from the domain name registration or renewal date. MYNIC shall not be responsible for any rebate that is not claimed or for claims submitted outside the prescribed timeframe.
- Rebates will only be credited to a bank account under the name of the registrant. Claims requesting payment to third-party accounts or alternative payment channels (such as e-wallets) will not be accepted.
- Approved rebates will be credited to the registrant’s bank account within thirty (30) days from the claim approval date. MYNIC shall not be liable for delays caused by banking institutions or other operational factors beyond its control.
- MYNIC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any application or rebate claim, including where information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or unverifiable.
- This benefit is offered as a lifetime program, subject to MYNIC's right to revise the program or its terms in the future.
