MYNIC Training Plan Terms & Conditions


  1. Participants may purchase MYNIC training plan at training.mynic.my at the price of RM3,500 (excluding 6% Service Tax).
  2. The eCommerce Website Builder Training plan is a bundled solution and cannot be purchased separately. This plan consist of domain name, website builder solution, training and continuous handholding session under .MY Community Program.
  3. Individuals or organizations may apply for the plan using .MY / .COM.MY / .BIZ.MY / .COOP.MY domain name, subject to eligibility.
  4. Participants with .BIZ.MY domain name registered under Program Realisasi Impian Ekonomi Digital (PRIME) may apply this plan and opt to use their existing domain name but will lose the functionality of GO2 Brand (domain redirection). The .BIZ.MY domain name nearing expiry will be automatically extended for another two (2) years based on the plan registration date.
  5. Participants must key-in a referral code to purchase the training plans. Participants may contact training@mynic.my to get a referral code.
  6. It is compulsory for participants who have made full payment to attend the Introduction session to be onboarded for the full training sessions. Participants will be guided with the necessary knowledge in selecting a proper name for their digital identity (domain name).
  7. After attending the introduction session, participants will receive an email with a unique link to complete their domain name registration. The domain name and website builder solution will be activated within one (1) working day, subject to complete information required by MYNIC.
  8. Participants are allowed to change their MYNIC training plan within 3 days after attending the Introduction session by informing the trainers at training@mynic.my
  9. Participants who are unable to attend the Introduction session may request for rescheduling to another date within 30 days after purchasing the plan by emailing to training@mynic.my
  10. MYNIC shall handle all domain name applications on a first come, first served basis. Participants are required to submit the necessary supporting documents to MYNIC that are listed here.
  11. Participants are only entitled for a refund of RM1,500 if the product is not activated within 14 days after purchasing the plan. Participants should submit the refund process by emailing to customercare@mynic.my. Approved refund applications will be credited to Participants via Direct Bank Transfer within 30 working days.
  12. By purchasing any training plans, participants agree to be bound to these Terms & Conditions and all other applicable policies published at MYNIC Corporate Website
  13. MYNIC reserves the right to amend this terms & conditions as they deem fit without prior notice.
