MYNIC Berhad is an agency under Ministry of Digital and regulated by Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
We are dedicated to help Malaysians organizations and individuals reaching out to the world via the use of our .MY domain names as their unique brand identity on the internet.
Our aim is to provide effective and efficient service to all our customers and potential customers in .MY domain name registration and its related services.
Being Accessible
Our Customer Care is available daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and all enquiries will be responded within a service standard that we have set in delivering a high-quality service to customers.
For any enquiries, pertaining to MYNIC’s services, customers may opt for several methods as per below:

Services Provisions

| DNS Service Availability | 100% The availability of the authoritative nameservers to respond DNS queries from an Internet user |
| Selfcare System Availability | 99.7% The availability of the system to be accessed by the authorized MYNIC’s customer to change the data related to the registered domain name |
| Registration of Domain Name | MYNIC will register the domain name within 1 working hour, provided payment* and supporting documents have been received by MYNIC. |
| Modification of Domain Name | Changes related to domain name information will be automatically updated and reflected in MYNIC’s WHOIS within 15 minutes once the application is submitted through MYNIC Selfcare System except for the following: Modification of the Registrant Name – within 1 working hour provided the supporting documents have been received by MYNIC |
| Deletion of Domain Name | After 14 days from the processing date**. |
| Activation Due to Suspension | Within 5 minutes provided payment* has been received and updated by MYNIC. |
* Payment – If payment made by cheque, the payment must be cleared and reflected in MYNIC’s Bank Statement
** Processing Date – Within 1 working hour from the submission date and time of the application.
