Announcement Of Customer Care Hotline Number And Hours Of Operation Change

Dear Our Awesome Customer,

We would like to inform you that starting 8th June 2015, MYNIC will use a new number for Customer Care Hotline and Incident Reporting.

And in line with our promise to provide better service to you, we’ve extended our Customer Care Hotline operation hours from 7 am to 11 pm, Monday to Friday (previously only 9 am – 6 pm).

Customer Care Hotline Telephone:     1300-88-7277 (7 am to 11 pm) Facsimile:      1300-80-7277 (7 am to 11 pm) Incident Reporting Telephone:     1300-88-7277 (24 hours) We hope you can benefit tremendously with these new changes. Thank you. Note: Incident Reporting refers to unauthorised change of registrant or if you can’t reach MYNIC name servers due to network problem
