MYNIC’s Customer Service New Operating Hours and Communication Channel

Announcements 21 December 2022

Dear Valued Customer,

MYNIC has been working continuously to build the best experience for our customers. To enhance user experience and streamline our customer service, we will make minor changes to our communication channel.

Hence, this announcement is to inform that starting from 1st January 2023, MYNIC’s Customer Service will be available through:

  • MYNIC Live Chat at www.mynic.my
  • Email: customercare@mynic.my
  • Operating Hours: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

We will continue to serve you via MYNIC Live Chat and email customercare@mynic.my and will update all the essential information as we progress further.
