New Service Tax Rate effective 1 March 2024

Dear Valued Customer,

As per the announcement made during the 2024 Budget by the Malaysian Government, there will be an adjustment in the service tax (ST) rate, increasing from 6% to 8%, effective from 1 March 2024. The service tax rate adjustment will also apply to MYNIC products and services.

We encourage domain name owners to make advance renewals before 1 March 2024 to continue with the current tax rate. You can easily make advance domain name renewal payment for up to 10 years by login into your SELFCARE account at selfcare.ichoose.my.
