The termination of Jaring Communications Sdn. Bhd. as MYNIC’s Reseller since 7th May 2015 refers. The termination is in light of High Court of Kuala Lumpur Winding-up No. 28NCC-843-11/2014 dated 23 April 2015 under section 218(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1965 being obtained against Jaring Communications Sdn. Bhd. As published in earlier website announcement regarding Jaring Communications status as MYNIC Reseller, Jaring is no longer authorized by MYNIC to provide services in relation to “.my” domain names which include acting as payment outlet for “.my” domain names. As such, please observe these important points:- Refrain from making any payment to Jaring in relation to “.my” domain names.
- For customers who have made payments to Jaring with status “domain remain unpaid”, please email your proof of payment to billing@mynic.my
As per deadline in our website announcement, which is 21st July 2015, MYNIC will no longer be issuing any further announcements on this matter and we’d like to remind you of the Disclaimer in your Agreement for Registration of Domain Name with MYNIC.
