MYNIC can disclose registration data pertaining to a .MY domain name to its regulator or to Malaysian law enforcement agencies where such disclosure is required under the applicable laws of Malaysia, or in compliance with any relevant policies established by MYNIC or its regulator. Additionally, MYNIC reserves the right to suspend or delete a .MY domain name upon receipt of a written request from the regulator or any Malaysian law enforcement agency, where the domain name is found to be in violation of any written laws of Malaysia.
The requests from the Malaysian law enforcement agencies will be processed by MYNIC in accordance with the Numbering & Electronic Addressing Plan which can be accessed HERE and MYNIC’s Data Protection Policy which can be read HERE.
The Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) Request Form is established as a centralized platform for Malaysian law enforcement agencies to submit requests for domain name information or non-public registration data related to .MY domain names, as well as requests for the suspension and/or deletion of such domain names.
