RevUp & Register 3.0 Chinese New Year Special Edition Sub-Campaign Terms & Conditions:

1. This sub-campaign is open for New Domain Name Registrations registered from 1st February 2026 to 20th March 2026.

2. Applicable to new registration of six (6) .MY domain name categories which are .my, .com.my, .net.my, .org.my, .biz.my, and, .name.my. This sub-campaign is NOT applicable for registration of .gov.my, .edu.my, .mil.my, and .coop.my.

3. This sub-campaign is only applicable for domain name applications submitted through participating MYNIC Accredited Registrars.

4. New Domain Name Registrations must comply with all applicable domain name policies including the Acceptable Use and Abuse Policy.

5. There will be ONE (1) winner selected for this Chinese New Year sub-campaign prize.

6. In the event the first winner is uncontactable, the Organizer is entitled to reselect a winner.

7. The seasonal prize is scheduled to be awarded in every following month of each seasonal sub-campaign period; however, MYNIC reserves the right to amend, postpone, or reschedule the award session at its sole discretion with prior notice.

8. Winners of the sub-campaign should be ready for interviews or to be featured in any of the Organizer's social media posts, such as Facebook or Instagram.

9. The Organizer shall not be liable to any persons in the sub-campaign for any injuries, losses, or damages in respect of, in connection with, and/or arising from the sub-campaign.

10. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the sub-campaign and to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the registrars. The decision of the Organizer on all matters relating to or in connection with the sub-campaign is final, and no correspondences will be entertained.

11. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the sub-campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

12. All costs and expenses in relation to the collection of the prizes shall be borne by the respective winner.
