The Nota Jemaah Menteri (NJM/Cabinet Note) dated July 24, 2019 has indicated that all government agencies, federal and states registered with gov.my. to enable DNSSEC at their domain names.
The initiative by MYNIC, in collaboration with Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN) and fully supported by Ministry of Communication and Multimedia Malaysia (KKMM), we have successfully embarked into series of awareness program, training and technical bootcamps, that has attracted more than 100 participants.
Hence, for this 2020, MYNIC is delighted to announce and share the DNSSEC Technical Bootcamp schedule which will be held as the following dates and venues:

The objectives of the Technical Bootcamp are as follows:
- Implementation of the DNSSEC on .gov.my domain name of all ministries and government agencies, federal states and federal agencies as recommended in the Ministry of Communication and Multimedia Malaysia’s (NJM) Cabinet Note dated July 24, 2019.
- Providing intensive Technical Training to the Technical Contact of government bodies, agencies, federal states and agencies on how to configure, manage and monitor DNSSEC on domain names
- Providing technical guidance and actual hands-on on how to configure and implement DNSSEC on domain names
- Providing awareness on DNSSEC and DNS Security & Analytics, its functions and the importance of implementation
